54lbs lost, half way to my goal! :)

I started at around 256lbs, I was unhappy, and unhealthy. It took a while of failed attempts while I went on failed diets after failed diets. Convincing myself I'll start again on Monday, and only once I got the support I needed did I succeed in my lifestyle change. I started in February 2011, and lost 24lbs on my own working out at home and eating better, smaller portions. I joined a gym 3 1/2 months ago and have lost 32lbs in that time. I work with a nutritionist, who just happens to be a high school friend of mine. She has been invaluable to my success so far, she is very informative and knowledgable. She's a personal trainer, with a degree in nutrition. I love going to the gym now, and I am half way to my goal. So I thought I would share some photos! I don't have proper ones of when I was at my higher weight because who really wants to have their photo taken when they're unhappy in their own skin. I am always the one taking the photos.

So I have lost 54lbs so far. 256lbs to 202lbs.... I actually wanted to wait until I reached 199 to make a post but I'm having a bit of a rough week and I needed the boost! lol

Start weight - 256lbs
Current weight - 202lbs (54lb gone so far)
Goal weight - 145lbs (57lbs to go)
