Maintainers - list your stats!!

I know everyone is different, however, I like to see what others around my weight/height/activity level maintain on?
I was very active in the summer even to the point of over-exercising, and now that fall is setting in, I'm pretty much sedentary and the only activity I do is walking my dog for about 5 km, 3x a week. Since I stopped being so active, I noticed my weight is slowly creeping up, so I'd like to know what others similar to my stats maintain on!
I'm 5'7" and currently eat about 1,500 calories per day Monday to Friday (and very healthy - no junk at all), Saturday I eat a bit more and Sundays are my "spike" days where I eat whatever I want and try and double my calories.

I run about 50-60 miles a week. Do circuit training/abs/arms for 20 minutes 3-4x a week. I am 4'11 ~97-100 pounds and eat 2100-2300 daily.0

If your weight is creeping up I would eliminate the spike day and you would probably be at maintenance for the amount of activity you are doing.0

5'8", 140 pounds, 1700 calories. I try to work-out 3 times a week or more.
I eat some or all of my exercise calories and I don't always log.0 -
i am 5 ft 5 inches, i weigh 145 and i am maintaining at 2000 calories. i zumba at least 30 minutes a day, but mostly 60-90 minutes daily, and running after a 2 year old sure does burn some calories:)0

I'm 5'9", 150lbs, I try to net 2000 (eating exercise calories, so 2300 or so on exercise days) but I think I might up it to 2200.0

5'6', 125 lbs, and I eat around 1800 calories a day, exercise included. I run 3 or 4 days a week and spread the calories out over all 7 days.0

Yeah if it's up again next week, I'm going to eliminate the spike day, or make sure I exercise extra that day and the day after. I can't eliminate all the bad/junk food again, because I'll go crazy, so I want to keep in there somehow so maybe just eat whatever I want when I want, as long as I have enough calories remaining.
I also got back from Vegas about 3 weeks ago where for the whole week I pretty much ate whatever I wanted and for the first time in about a year, didn't let food control me and I ate what I wanted, yet still somewhat reasonable. And last weekend was Thanksgiving where I indulged in way too much apple crisp and ice cream!0 -
Well I don't exactly work out I just walk, and since MFP isn't very reliable for burned cals I only do it every other day and plus i don't even know how to eat more than 1400 cals! I do go over a couple days a week if theres an unexpected pizza slice0

Girl, I can teach you how to eat 1,400kcal in one meal HAHA.0 -
I'm holding at 2100-2300 cals daily. I also eat my exercise calories. I border on the underweight so I have to be careful to not lose anything. I don't really have a "cheat" day as I eat pretty much anything in moderation, for example, I had a chocolate bar today. Yesterday I had beans and rice...but reasonable amounts.
I also work out six days a week.0 -
I'm 5'5", 120 pounds, and my maintenance calories before exercise are 1570. On lightly active days I eat 1700-1750 calories, and on gym days or when I have otherwise been quite active I eat 1850-1900 calories. I wish I had a greater calorie budget, but as a small woman, that's all I get.0

I'm 5'4", 143-145lbs and am consuming 2200-2500 NET calories a day. I've taken the last month off from the gym due to some injuries, illness and personal issues I needed to deal with. Before my month off, I was going to the gym 2-3 times a week for 60 mins.
I work on my feet 4 days a week (three 9 hour days and one 6 hour day).
Oh and when I workout - I DO eat all my exercise calories. My body gets grumpy when I don't.0 -
I'm 5'6'', 130 pounds and I eat between 2200 and 2500 calories (net). I work out 6-7 days a week. Usually my rest day is more of an active rest day and I do something like a short run, Pilates, Yoga, etc. The other 6 days I'm doing P90x.0

5'5", 55kg (about 121lb) and I NET 2450 or a bit less each day. I don't do much formal exercise, apart from walking/running to and from work and the occasional bit of 30DS.
I can't maintain at much less than 2450, and I don't want to be any lighter as it can affect fertility.0 -
I'm 5 ft 5, 110 - 115lbs and maintaining. I exercise 6 days a week, no specific duration, but I burn 400 on avg. I eat about 1600 - 1700. I generally eat a deficit but Fridays and Saturdays tend to be a blowout!0

I'm 5'5", 107lb and maintaining on 1370. I walk 45 mins to work most weekdays and play at least 4 hours of golf each weekend. I eat some or all of my earned cals. I've been maintaining there for ~5 years.0

I am 5'10" 143-145 lbs. Calories before exercise are 1940. I was running 20-25 minutes but scaling back after just finishing my race.
I exercise 6 days a week usually always over an hour a day, sometimes 2 hours if I am doing strength training along with cardio.
I usually always eat my exercise calories, sometimes I have 100 left or so.0 -
I love reading everyone's stats!!! keep posting!0
