my new exercise bike has a plug into the wall power instead of batteries like the old one. Does anyone have an exercise maching that plugs in also? Do you leave it plugged in when not using it?

My treadmill stays plugged in, I turn it off and take out the safety key.0

I leave my bike plugged in. I also leave my treadmill plugged in but I take the key out (and hide it from the little ones) and I turn off the switch that I think is for surge suppression. Anyway, on the bike, at least, when it's idle the display turns off and actually shows the room temperature. I suppose that all of the 'green' folk out there would say to unplug it to save electricity. I just choose to leave mine plugged in. I guess you could do it either way!
Enjoy your new bike!
