Under eating?

So far, I meet mostly all of my goals on carbs, fat, and protein, but I just can't seem to get my calories up to where they should be. But if I eat any more, then i will go over on my other goals. What do I do? Help?

    If you are within 3% to 5% of your caloric goal either way, don't sweat it. If not, err toward going over on protein. Going over on the macros a little is not that big a deal, in particular the protein.

    If you are way low on protein and going through the roof on carbs or fats, you probably need to evaulate what your eating.

    Those are simple guidelines.

    I always go over on protein and sugar.. eh.. its not by much and i love to workout so i know my body needs the boost! :happy:
