Which challenges have changed you in the long run?

For me, trying to stay in the green for a month made me up my calories, making me a happier eater, and trying to burn 300 cals every two days to help kill Jabba the Hutt has made me commit to that as an exercise goal.

    I push my body a little harder and in different ways every month. Last month I challenged myself to make my legs carry me further than they ever have (they did). This month I'm going for an even balance in my cardio and emphasizing core and strength training. I have to change it up or I get bored and eat too much tater tot casserole.

    I've lost a kg in the past 3 weeks but really need to step it up... summer is coming and I'd like to reach goal weight of 62 kg ie. lose 3 kg....need some motivation! When I stick to the my fitness pal it works!!!
