Just wondering how to count the calories of rice. The package says 162 calories for 1/4 rice but doesn't say cooked or uncooked. Any ideas?

I did the recipe section, just plugged in all of the ingredients.0

how many servings in the bag? usually it says how much a serving is,and how many per bag. my guess is if the serving is 1/4 cup then they are referring toit uncooked. That would be a miniscule serving of rice cooked! Either way, you can figure it out by how many in the bag.0

I'd say that is uncooked. My rice says something like 1/2 cup of rice = 1 cup cooked or something of that nature.0
