I am looking for some healthy snacks (besides the obvious fresh veggies and fruits) that I can make for our football get togethers. Any suggestions?

    Hummus is always a good choice! With pita chips or pita bread!

    flavored rice cakes are great and any nuts (I do almonds, sunflower seeds, and right now pumpkin seeds... yum yum).

    PB on fruit with or without shredded coconut on top.
    Egg salad
    Shrimp cocktail (mexican style)
    Baked chicken tenders

    Cruskets! (lite) with a bit of tomato or hummus etc

    I could eat them forever and ever - oh wait maybe thats a bad thing....
