Fitness goals (post yours!)

Alright, so to get everyone motivated I wanted to make a topic where we lay out or make some of our fitness goals.

1. Run a mile in 8 minutes
2. Bike 25 miles in one trip within the next month.
3. Bike 40 miles within the next 4-6 months
5. Do one pull up.

uuuuhm, yeah I have nothing else.

    Being able to flex, and have my shirt rip right off my body.

    1. Do a pull up! currently I hang there like a dead fish - but i am working really hard on it so I know i will get there.
    2. 12 min mile
    3. Hike Mt. Fuji
    4. Make it through ab ripper x without resting
  • -Run a marathon (in Feb.), without walking!
  • Being able to flex, and have my shirt rip right off my body.

    Mine.. of which several are on hold due to shoulder injury..

    30 push ups from the toes.. no sweat.. just drop to the floor and smash them fast (being able to do multiple sets of this would be nice)

    30 pull ups.. same as with the push ups

    get through 5 sets of 30 'round the world' sit ups without wanting to die

    hover/plank 2 mins x 3 sets for front and both sides (was getting close on this one)

    And the big one.. run my first 10km next year.. and then work up to a half marathon at some stage
