You check THAT everyday anyways. Or if you are a business man, you check Wall Street daily. Or If you are an Angry Birds fan, you play that daily. Just add this to your Phone App daily reigmen!!     Logging your food is easy.
    Getting a little exercise, like a walk is easy.
    Eating decently takes a little planning, but it's pretty easy too.
    Add all these things up and you're on your way to being a better you
