Hi to everyone, I'v been on MFP for 2 weeks now and cannot believe the results so far. I'v got a lot to lose but am hoping to make it a way of life rather than a diet as such. It is good to find others striving for their goals in the same way. Really enjoying this site:happy:

you can do it .... just keep the big picture in mind at all times... it will be hard but hey ... any thing worth fighting for usually is hard.... This site is awesome.... keep up the good work0
