small NSV but its my first!

I've been exercising and staying in my calorie goal for a couple of months now and have lost around 10lbs (not sure exactly how much because my scales are not very accurate!). I was getting really frustrated because my clothes all fit me the same and I don't think I look any different. Today I realised why my clothes fit ok - because all the clothes I wear are dresses which hide my big bum and thighs - I tried on a skirt that I had put away on account of being too tight across my hips and gave me a muffin top - and it fits perfectly! So - that means I am losing from my hips and thighs - the areas I hate the most! woohoo!

NSV (Non scale victory) as in something you notice that doesn't involve the numbers on the scale.
