oh my gosh yes! those are the best workouts ever. i've only done her at home/no equipment required workouts, i've been alternating between these ones on and off for a few months now and have seen amazing results. i noticed more toning literally within one week of doing one of these workouts every day. and i've seen huge improvements in strength/stamina as well.

Very tough. Very efficient. I find them a bit tough on my knees, though.

Thank YOU, thats the other thing I was wondering about, I teach some group fitness classes and I am always looking for new challenges to throw at those people...

I will check out the ones you listed and see what they are like, the one I watches yesterday when I checked it out was intense but IM not sure if I have something I can use as a "dip station" and wouldnt want to cheat myself of those exercises.

She does offer modifications for the exercises requiring equipment, but it's also easy to sub. For the dip station, for hanging knee raises and exercises like that, I use two dining room chairs with their backs facing each other. To do the reverse push ups, you can put a broom across two chairs, or use something else - I use my computer desk, it just happens to work well enough. I've heard of people using other kinds of tables as well. I don't have any of the equipment they use - I just rigged something to be like a sandbag or I substitute dumbbells or a kettlebell, whatever will work. And for things using the ugi ball, I just do the "don't have a ball" modifications.

I love, love, love BR, and I put off doing it for months because I didn't have the equipment. I wish I'd realized how simple it is to make do with what I had a lot sooner!

Also, if you go back into their earlier workouts, they are almost entirely bodyweight and still fabulous results-getting workouts - they started using the dip station and sand bag later on. So if you feel like it's important to use the equipment they use, then just go back through the archives to before they used those!

Ok, good to know I was wondering if you could do a knee pull up with two chairs, I wasnt sure if they would support the weight without pulling in... I guess the answer is try it.

I think as long as they're close enough together, most chairs will stay put... if they're set too far apart it's more likely they'll pull in.

One thing that I've also seen suggested is using a walker - apparently they work pretty well.
