What a bummer!!

First week I lost 2.2 lbs....second week lost 1 and third week gained back 2 lbs. I can't imagine why......I kept within my calories, walked 30 minutes every day (I am 70 years old...so please do not tell me to up my exercise...LOL....I put in a full 40 hour a week job and even though I work in an office, I do a lot of walking throughout the office each day).

Just venting!! Don't expect anyone to help....the older you get the harder it is. Besides I am really just a wee bit over the weight chart and I have always looked like I weigh less because of my bone structure.:smile:
