When I am struggling, I have always found that it is best to ask for help... So, I need some help. I've been on MFP for 7 months and have tried to lose weight off and on for the last 7 years. I've been doing really well and have noticed lots of positive changes. I'm down 25 lbs from my heaviest weight and went from a size 12 to a size 6. I feel good... not great. I'm hitting that point where I should be past my plateau and losing again, but I'm not. I am just stuck here. I've tried changing things up, but nothing I've done has worked so far. I'm getting impatient and bored. I want to get back on track. I want to see more change in my body, and I need help figuring out what to do.

I work out 6 days a week -- most JM videos, running, yoga, etc. I eat pretty well, but have started to slip since I have been stuck so long. Lots of fruits and veggies, maybe not enough protein, probably too many bad carbs.

I would love suggestions on new workouts, exercise plans, and all of that. I also need help with my eating habits. I think I would like to try "clean eating." I'm not sure where to start. I would love any helpful tips or ideas on how to start doing that.

Really, I just need a little push and some advice to help me get motivated again. I have made really great lifestyle changes, and I want to be proud of those things. I'm just not quite where I want to be yet, and I need help getting there.

Thank you!

If you make your diary public, it may help us tell you where to make some tweaks to your diet that could help. Also, if you haven't been doing much weight training, you may want to consider adding that to your exercise schedule as building muscles helps burn more calories. And don't worry about bulking up - we females don't have enough testosterone to do that
