Guilt Free Frozen Deliciousness

This take a little advanced planning---
Take some ripe: papaya, banana, cantaloupe, honeydew...whatever sort of dense soft fruit like that you like...
Cut in small pieces and Freeze.
When you feel like ice cream...put in the food processor, add yogurt, keifer or other liquid...just enough to get it "lubricated" to process.
Blend until creamy/smooth....enjoy
