So, I've found that after weight lifting and running again for over three months, I am having trouble with cramping in my legs during certain acts with my bf. No other time... just then. I eat a banana a day, and hydrate adequately. Thoughts?

You may not be stretching enough after exercise. I'm not going to tell you to stretch before you DTD but maybe sometime during the day do a couple extra stretches.0 -
Maybe incorporate some stretching exercises in your foreplay? ( ;0

this same thing happens to me! lol. i always wondered why. usually i just stretch my legs out flat for like 5mins and it goes away.0
