plan for the week

my fitness plan for the week is:

Monday - aqua zumba 45 minutes, 6m cycle
Tuesday - 1hr bootcamp circuits, 6m cycle
Wednesday - swim, 6m cycle
Thursday - dentist so no exercise :(
Friday - 6m cycle
Saturday - 1hr cardio in gym
Sunday - body attack

So thats the plan, wonder if i will be able to stick to it. Anyone else up for sharing their plan?
