Hi, I work out at the gym 4 times a week but want to work out more so I thought I"d try the exercise at home route. Is the 30 day shred good for people who are used to exercising, its normal for me to do 30-60 mins of cardio or weights 3-4 times a week. Will it still challenge me or should I try something else?

I thought it was pretty challenging after I'd been working out for a year, but everyone's different. Give it a shot. You can make the strength part more difficult by using heavier weights if you need to.

It's definitely a challenge. I know people that, like you, consistently do hour-long workouts (including P90X), and still find it challenging. The pace is pretty fast, and she works you hard. If you find it too easy, you could always do 2 levels in a row or increase your weights. I'm currently on level 3 with 10 lb weights, and it's tough!

I thought level 2 and 3 were challenging and like you I work out consistantly 4-5 times a week.

thanks guys - just found a 7 min segment on YouTube and did it, warmed up a bit ! definitely going to do it really getting frustrated as being a single working mum just can't get to the gym as often as I'd like.

Hang in there! I just started it up again today thanks to your post. I have every Jillian DVD and do most of my workouts at home. I do exercise 2 days a week in a group!
