Stay committed! Remember that any amount of exercise is much better than none at all!
Record EVERYTHING you eat and drink in your food diary!
Be a regular part of the community, immerse yourself in it, strength in numbers!
Don't sweat the small stuff! Remember that no one is perfect (certainly not me) and we all have our days when we feel we've failed ourselves and our diet plan - it's okay, that's normal, get back on the wagon ASAP!
Just try this for a week and you WILL start to see results, which is very motivating!
