    One tip I once heard from a personal trainer was to eat only fruits (and vegetables) before 12 noon. It worked for me a couple of years ago :)

    I also heard from my mate's brother's wife that eating less calories than i burn will also give me a flat stomach after a while!

    Eat in a calorific deficit, of pretty much anything, and eventually your belly fat will go down. Remember you can't spot reduce fat. Any diet/plan/food that claims otherwise is a scam.
