I have ground turkey set out but have no clue what i want to do with it! *sigh*

    Tuna salad

    I like Turky mince, I brown it with some onions and pour a jar of fajita sauce over it and have it with rice or stuff some in a pitta bread bit sloppy but what the hey.

    you can do lots with ground turkey :) the other night i did a turkey pasta cauliflower thing i altered from a food network recipe!

    tonight we're having burgers and home made fries. maybe some salad

    I had turkey breast (125g) steamed with lemon thyme, salt and black pepper with 125g Tilda vegetable biriyani rice, 130g young spinach (steamed) 200g mashed swede and carrot, 200g caulifower, carrots and broccoli, a tbsp of chilli sauce and tablespoon of light soy sauce... for 489kCal!

    Bargain tea!!! and super yum and nutritious!

    green chili stew:
    Meat, onions, garlic, bouillion, green chilis, tomatoes, beans.
    Cook together for a couple of hours. Yum. :)

    My favorite thing to do with ground turkey is mix it will taco seasoning ( I use the lower soduim one) and toss that over lettuce tomato, onions.. then i use fat free sour cream for dressing.. Its amazing and good for you!

    OOO, I'm going to a Pig Roast at my friend's church ;)

    Been saving my calories all day, so hoping to stay under.....................actually, the food shouldn't be TOO horrible. Ham and boiled veggies, corn bread.............I think I'll be okay!

    After a mammoth session in the garden today I had some serious calories to eat so I had...

    1.5 Roast Chicken Legs, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Carrots, Cabbage and Brussels Sprouts, with a Plum for dessert and as a treat a large glass of white wine and lemonade - and I still have 155 calories left :happy:

    I'm pulling an all nighter tonight to study for my A&P test tomorrow morning. I've been fighting a low grade migraine all day so besides not having the time, I don't feel well enough to cook either, sooooo.....

    It's pizza delivered and Coke for me. Forgive me for cheating.
