Hello all. i am beginning a journey of losing 30 lbs. my goal is to do this with monitoring what i am eating combined with exercise. there is a half marathon in march that i would like to do.0

well feel free 2 add me as a new friend:) Ive been on here about 5 days and I'm telling you this program not only works and is great..it lets me know alot of what i thought was good and didnt have many calories was sooooo off..good luck..and im here for motivation:)0
