I am 5'6" and 34 years old. Started at size 12 to 14 177 lbs at the end of May and now size 4 to 6 139 w/ 4 lbs to go.

    Those links don't work for me but awesome job on the weight loss! I find that I can't tell as well in the mirror as I can in the pictures as well!

    I can't see the pics but congrats on the weightloos. I wish I could stay more commited, I am about 170 right now and my goal is 140. 5'6"
