Just got home a little while ago as I went out of town for a celebration with family. Had a good time. I how ever worked extra hard today to butn off the calories that I took in on Saturday. I felt no pressure as I am not on a DIET,just eating healthier and making better choices and portion control and lots of water plus exercise every day,I feel that way that I am not restricted and I can enjoy what ever it may be without guilt. Hope everyone had a good weekend! Was cool up in Iowa and a little rain. Have a good evening all!
