Hi everyone,
I'm Vicky , I have just joined today with the hope that this site will get me eating better,exercise more (which isn't hard as exercise is my stranger).
I look forward to sharing my journey with you all.

  • Is there such a thing as calorie free foods?I'm a little lost as to where to start.

    think of foods you like and try to find lo-cal substitutes. think of healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables that you like and make it a point to get those into your diet more.. i would advise against making yourself eat foods you hate for the sake of saving on calories as this always makes me miserable and i give up :) - you can switch from regular soda to diet which usually has no calories but otherwise, i think calories are in all foods. set your goals and work to stay within them. as to exercise, you might keep it simple at first- things like simple calesthenics- toe touches, or running in place, jumping jacks. try for 10 minutes and gradually try to increase your time and effort, etc., hope this helps :) best of luck
