Hey ya'll!! We're almost half way there!!!!!!!! And many of us are already half way to our goal or only a couple pounds away from it, and a couple are already past our goal!! Here is a list of our members who are already at their half-way mark!:

Once I get everyone's weigh-ins, I am positive we will have more beyond their half-way goals or at their half-way goal!!!!! Everyone has been doing so amazing, and I love all the positive motivation I keep seeing from all of you!!!!!!
Week 7 Food Challenge: Choose three of your hardest categories in your food diary and stay in the green all week....Also, for a special weekend challenge, stay in the green in all of the categories you are tracking. Let us know what you are watching!!
Week 7 Exercise Challenge: OK, we are not quite half way done yet, but I have decided to kick all of our butts this week to push us through! Usually the half way point is when we start getting week, but since this is such a long challenge, I have decided to not wait until the half way point....are you ready?......BURPEES!!!! Lets do 50 a day! These can be broken up throughout the day because I know it is a very tough exercise, and if you search enough I’m sure there is a modified version for those who may be injured or not ready for this level of exercise. Special weekend challenge.....100 in a day!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here’s the video in case you aren’t sure what a burpee is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYfNA_lmkHM
This is going to be a tough week, so don't give up and push through it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weighed in.....gain 3lbs Feeling so defeated, but glad I have the challenge. Trying not to act defeated. It has been bad with work and life interruptions, but I am determined to stay with it. Not sure I can make 50 burbees, but I will aim for 20 per day.
