well my son went to visit a friend who he hasnt seen in a while. usually the kids mom comes to pick up my son but she sent her husband this time. we havent seen eachother since i first started this journey. so when i went to pick my son back up this afternoon she comes to the door, eyes wide open and practically yells, (oh my god you look fantastic.... then she says i cant believe this. you look like you are half the size. what are you doing, so i tell her and then she says WOW
oh btw i havent lost 1/2 my size 30 pounds and people are noticeing regularly.
