Intermittant Fasting Support thread

Okay. Just read a topic on Intermitant fasting... check link below. Sounds very doable. I would love others to join me and support through this. Whose in? Read the link below first so you know what to do. It sounds very doable. I love food too much and so for those that think I will be starving myself, I will not, as the other 5 days of the week will be very calorie filled with good, healthy food and awesome workouts. I am actually upping my calorie goal on MFP slowly. I want my BF to go down and don't care so much if the number goes down on the scale.

    What you're talking about is not intermittent, but regular, scheduled fasting and I wouldn't recommend it.

    Bodies are meant to consume nutrients everyday.

    That said, I support the idea of intermittent fasting, but not for weight loss. I suggest fasting for no more than 24 hours, no more often than once or twice each month.

    Thats' what I posted isn't it? The one I am (or was) is the one that I will go from 6p tp 6p 924 hours)without eating then at 6 I can have a healthy dinner and then a snack before bed so I am getting nutrients and take a multi vitamin plus omegas.
