When did you know you were ready to move onto the next level? Did you move after 10 workouts or when you felt you needed to move up?

Replies

  • I moved up after the 10 days on each level...

That's what I figured I will do too. Honestly, level one is still kicking my butt! My abs are killing me more now on workout 7, then they did the first workout.

What kind of results did you have?

I am movingup when i can get through the whole level one with out taking a moment during the push ups i can get through everything but push ups almost there though
  • I actually just started Level 3 today (I find it easier than 2, except for the traveling push-ups) As of yesterday I have lost a few inches here and there ( I can check for exact numbers tomorrow lol) and about a lb or so. I actually gained 2.5lbs in the first 2 weeks and now they seem to be coming off...I plan on doing it again after I am done but this time around do 15 days on level 2 then 15 days on level 3...

When you can do it and not rest or stop and take a break or, the exercises are doable . Level 1 took me 1 week and level 2 about a week and a half- (some say this is the most difficult level) I have 1 week left on level 3 , which ive been on for a week or so. They are all a challenge I think but the good thing is all the other workouts are easy breezy compared to Jillian Michaels , I seen Chalene extreme and thought wow this looks easy compared to 30 DS! I can do pushups but not a lot so I do the moderated version , Also I can Barely do the rock star jumps- If I was Skinny it would be a lot easier!

I live on the 3rd floor so I hold back on a lot of the jumps, the twist on L2, the rock star jumps, rock climbers, jumping lunges (these mostly because of my knees) and so on...and I agree, L2 was harder...
