Dill pickle!! - They are NO calorie and actually curb your appetite
I'm gonna have to try the pickle route. I might eat an entire jar of pickles but as long as they have no/few calories, that is okay...
Just be careful with the whole jar route. I've heard (and see it happen to DH) that if you eat too many pickles you get really sick and throw up. :ohwell: I have no scientific evidence to say why this happens, but trust me - not a good idea. :noway:

umm... become a teacher? you'll have no time to go to the bathroom, let alone think about eating during the day!! :laugh:
AMEN to THAT!
i'm student teaching, and find myself upping my calories at dinnertime/evening just to meet my net-goal (without working out).
