Hi all, at 30 days I lost 10.1 lbs. Thanks for the incentive. I stayed close to my 1200 calories a day as much as possible. I walked every day (5-8 miles depending on how much time I have. I walk early in the morning before work, until 9 days ago when it started raining). I started to go back to 24 fitness. I found I could burn more calories in less time. I have 24 more lbs to go. See you in another 30 days. (The holidays won't be easy...any secrets/tips how to get through them unscathed?). Thanks in advance.0
