Hey all,
I'm a 21-year-old college senior. I've used MFP for a while to look up calorie counts and food contents, but haven't tried out the whole community aspect. I just started a new workout program with Fitness Together a few weeks ago, and should be starting a nutrition program with them, as well. However they want me to write everything, and I think it's easier/quicker to do online! I don't have much spare time these days. Anyway, I'm a rower and my weight has recently begun getting in my way mentally and emotionally.
I have the motivation to do this... I work out consistently and generally eat pretty well, except for some binging. I just need the accountability! HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE! Please. Thank you. :-]
