I'm Lisa, and joined MFP a little while ago, but never used it. So today, I have decided that I need to change my eating habits. I have lots of weight to lose, but am going to break it down into mini goals of 500g-1kg per week.

I am a married SAHM of 3 kids who keep me very busy.

    Hi Lisa! Welcome! So glad to have you on this journey to health! You have a great idea in breaking down your weight loss into smaller goals! I really like that! I am also a SAHM, with 5 kids, but only 4 are still living at home, most of them are college age but I also have a (surprize!) 9 year old! Feel free to add me to your friend list!
