Hi!! MY name is Carrie and tomorrow I will begin my marathon to my goal weight of 155. I am currently at 175 and have lost 26 pounds since March 13th using take shape for life. It's a great program but is costly. I still have some product left and will be utilizing it to begin with. The reality is that I need to be able to get back to eating responsibly with real food. I look forward to journaling my foods and exercise as well as participating in the forums. I am pleased with the support I see there and impressed with the results.

    You gotta check out the recipe section under the community here! they are delicious and low calorie at the same time. I have been totally able to change my eating habits since being on here. I have also learned that cooking can be fun!!! Especially with the crockpot!!!!
