I have posted several times regarding sweetner, blood sugar, etc. I thought that I would share that we (doctor and myself) worked 2-3 months to figure out why I was having the symptoms I was experiencing for the past few months, testing blood sugar, changing anxiety meds, workins with proteins, carbs etc... We finally were able to narrow it down to the nutra sweet. Over time everybody's body changes. I always used Nutra sweet and so this was not something we even thought about. After going off of nutra sweet for a week and not having ANY of the symptoms we have finally concluded that my body no longer can process the nutra sweet like it had in the past. Now that I have went off of artificial sweetner, I finally feel Great!
