What is the best way to reduce belly fat?

    Just count your calories and exercise!!

    Unfortunately reducing one spot is a myth. Fat will come off where it wants to come off. You have to eat less and move more. Not easy unfortunately for most of us. Good luck!

    That is true that the fat comes off where it wants to. Count calories, exercise and don't give up. More than welcome to add me. Good luck.

    When I starting doing crunches, I noticed a significant improvement in my waist line. I was doing about 100 sloppy crunches 3 times per week.

    reducing your daily calorie intake, exercise and I try to always hold my stomach in. It strengthens my abs. I do it when I'm exercising too. I really don't think sit ups ever helped me though. :noway:
