saying hello on day 1

well, i don't have much to lose (some might say luckily, but its hard), but i really want to fit into a wow dress for my hubbys graduation in the middle of december! most of the rest of the grad class and their partners are 10 - 15 years younger than us so i need to make a bit of an effort
my problems are mainly skipping meals (especially breakfast, i'm trying but it really makes me gag!) and mindless snacking, and boredom during the evenings!
so basically the same probs everyone else has, haha. i know what i should be doing but can't seem to stick with it.
hopefully this time, with the help of this page and just writing some thoughts down now and again even if no-one else read them.

Hey Random...welcome to the site! I would suggest NOT skipping breakfast. I too don't like to eat first thing in the morning so I have a protein shake with berries and sometimes just peanutbutter. Glad to have you here sweetie!0
