hey im too lazy to type up recipes but i will give you some alternatives

bread: wholemeal/wholegrain bread, pitas or wraps are great. i get sorj vitastic pockets pitas and wraps, the ingredients are literally only wholewheat flour and salt (crap all salf though, not high sodium)

chocolate: dark chocolate, anything 70% cocoa or higher is best, i get lidnt 85% dark cocoa chocolate. i have a piece every night,

milk: now this depends, the lowest fat and calories is skim milk BUT if you REALLY do not like the taste, you can go for light or even whole milk, as long as you work it into your fat and calories. the whole kind isnt less healthy you just have to make sure you dont go over your fat and calories with it.

ice cream/custard: obviously yogurt! but get ones that are low sugar most importantly, ones labelled 'no added sugar' is good. i get tamar valley no added sugar greek yogurt its also 99% fat free. low fat is also good to fit into your fat and calories.

high sugar cereal: oatmeal (just add fruit, honey, cinnamon, natural peanut butter, dried fruit, nuts), wheat bix or shreadded wheat (you can either have it cold with milk or heat it in the microwave), bran (add whatever), muesli.

cheese; low fat is lower calorie and fat but its not bad to have the high fat version as i said before, but i have bega so extra light 50% less fat real cheese slices, they are portioned and low cal.
cottage cheese is awesome, i get bulla sour cream and chives flavour. people love laughing cow cheese. low fat ricotta cheese. low fat feta.

candy/muesli bars: anything that has all natural ingredients. i get carmens indulge muesli bars, they are amazing. remember to read the ingredients list.

edited to add: hot chocolate/coffee: herbal teas, green tea, or a teaspoon or two of real cocoa with a dash of honey and maybe a dash of milk. honey is a great alternative to sugar or splenda (splenda is low cal but not great for you..) do the same with coffee and normal tea.
  • thank you so much! this is going to help so much :D
