Just thought I'd pop in and say Hi.

I have been logging my diet for a couple of weeks now and most days I'm absolutely fine with the calorie intake but have not been losing anything. I've realised though, that my weight loss demon is alcohol. I don't drink every day but on the days I do, I overdo it completely. That one night of overdoing the alcohol per week is affecting all the rest of my hard work.

So....the good behaviour starts today!
