Protein Powders

Options
So I ran out of 1 bottle of protein power I had body fortress. So now I have another bottle that was given to me Muscle Milk. I was on google looking it up and I saw this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExyNf3u7iQg

Is this legit? I'm just asking for opinions.
If it is true then what are some good protein powers I can take?

Youtube is blocked for me at work but the protein powders depend on what you're looking for.

If you're looking for taste: (will have more fat and carbs in the powder)

    XF Ultra Peptide
    BSN Syntha 6
    Myofusion
    Magnum Quattro Neutraceuticals

If you're looking for almost no fat/carbs and decent price:

    Optimum Nutrition Gold 100% Whey

Nutrition53.com - Lean 1 by Bill Romanowski has all organic ingredients and tastes great. The cookies and cream is my fav. There's free samples on the website.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Syntha 6 has no equal.

I didn't have time to order a replacement in the mail before I went overseas on business so now I'm stuck with crappy GNC chocolate...so not the same...

Basically he's talking about it containing MSG and how it's bad for us (Which I was aware)
So I guess when I get paid Thursday I want a completely 100% healthy protein power. I could careless about taste.
