Why is it that it has taken me 150 days to lose 25 lbs (average 1.17lbs/wk) yet just being a bit off by not walking for a week, eating 288 calories over my goal in a week and I am up ove 2 lbs already? I don't understand why the weight goes on super fast yet it takes so much work to get it off. Is there a simple expanation? When I see this I just want to give up because I'm afraid that when I do finally get to my goal (another 35 lbs) if I slack at all I'll be back to square one in a matter of months.

Water weight. Drink more. Pee more. Your 2 pound gain will likely decrease by 1.5 or more pounds.0

Yes, after over indulging this weekend, I need to drink a lot of water today! Thanks for the tip!0
