Making Good Decisions

This morning on NPR I heard an interview about a Northwestern researcher who was looking at how people make decisions about what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat. Interesting take-aways
- We make about 200 decisions every day regarding food!
- People on "diets" tended to underestimate the calories of foods
- When we see salad or something healthy next to something "bad" the "bad thing becomes less "bad (and we eat more!)

Wow - so many chances to make the right choice.
Help!

This weekend I took some very unflattering photos of myself to peek at before each mean,snack....

Hmm taking unflattering photos, that's a clever idea!

Yes sometimes it does feel like the world's odds are against you when you're trying to lose weight, that's why ya gotta build up a defense team for support and fight back!
