weightlifiting and rest days

first off i lift weight every other day. on opposite days i do cardio and i workout 7 days a week. now i worked my muscles like crazy sat and was so sore sunday i took an absolute rest day and didnt do anything. today i was my lifting day but i am still really sore. should i take another rest day or push trough it and do my weighs?

As long as it's not painful, you can keep weight training. Cut down on cardio to help your body recover.0
