Hi Everyone,
I'm Fern, I keep hearing that journals are the way to go for weight loss so here I am. I lost 30 lbs from January to March of 2005 but then stalled out until now. I'd like to lose another 40 lbs to get to my ideal weight. I have been going to the gym at least 3 times a week for 1.5 years and have recently taken up a spin class that I'm doing four times a week. My friends aren't very active so I guess I need to branch out and find an exercise buddy or two. Good luck to everyone!

    I thought I would tell you about a challenge that Me and some others are doing....I call it Week By Week Challenge...Its where we have one thing we work on for a week...example one week will be drink nothing but water... if you wanna join or wanna know more then you can mail me!
