ME: Friday mornings, stark naked, before I eat or drink, right after my morning tinkle...

This is what I call my "Raw Numbers."

  • I work at a hospital and don't have a scale at home - so I can't go naked - but I try to wear 'light clothes' when I'm going to weigh myself lol I don't think it would be appreciated by many if I went naked to the scale at work!!! LMAO!

    In my gym clothes, including shoes. After breakfast, and a toilet break. I could get the total number down if I was willing to strip off in the gym... but the consistency means I see the results and I get to keep my clothes on!

  • My "official" weigh-ins are Sunday morning, nekkid and after I've done all my bidness, and before I hop in the shower and eat breakfast. Don't need water droplets or food skewing my numbers! LOL! :glasses:

    No decent trustable scale at home so I way myself on my day off at the mall scale. Usually round noonish- works for me :)

    On Monday at 4:30pm at Weight Watchers in a cami and the lightest running capris I own. I always wear the same thing so the weight is exact. I also weigh at home on Saturday mornings...nude...after the potty..before any food..usually 8am.

    Every morning after I use the bathroom. But I keep track of my weight on a 28-day chart, and as long as I weigh less than I did 28 days ago, I'm happy.

  • Usually after work when I'm changing into my PJ's. It's odd, but I weigh less in the afternoon then I do in the morning even after eating and drinking a lot of water (and peeing a lot).
  • First thing in the morning in the buff. I weigh every day to help manage my progress but I only log twice a week with Monday being my official weigh-in day.

    I eat a big dinner, put on a big parka and some heavy boots and hold my dog while I step on the scale.

    No I don't. I do what all of you do. Except only once every two weeks.
  • Thursday mornings after I go to the bathroom and wash my face/teeth and "tinkle." with my Pj's on.
  • Actually I prefer to try on my old clothes that don't fit each week and see how they fit after another week of working out.

    The feeling is amazing to me when something goes on and you can slide it over to the wearable side of your closet. I feel like I accomplished something, rather than just a number on a scale.

    Ususall in the mornings.... but i do it twice. Once when i get up and am nakid. then i do it again after get home from my walk before i take a shower... there seems to be a 2 lb difference.....
