I know that this concept isn't a diet, but whenever i think of weight loss, i thinking of grueling workouts at the gym and constant starvation. Yet there isn't any of that. I'm always full and always have calories left over. I still have sweets (although less), carbs, and anything else that should be forbidden in a typical diet...(again, less).

is there something i missed?!?!?!

well... we don't like that "d" word. Lets just call it a revised meal plan. And no... it doesn't have to be miserable to work. Its like riding a bike... the longer you practice... the better you get at it :)

Quite frankly, "Diet" is the most evil 4 letter word. It doesn't live here. We're all too happy and full

I agree! I love how anything I want is allowed but since it is I make the good choices. It's like it is human nature to want what we can't have but when it's allowed it's not a big deal anymore. I have had a bag of frozen rollos in the freezer for 2 weeks and haven't touched them. Not even tempted they blend in with the frozen veggies on the freezer door. Funny Huh!
