good workout music

Any suggestions for good music to work out too. High impact and weights. No language or rap please. Just can't get right stuff to help me want to kick it!!

    There is a Cd collection called PUMP IT! :) It's a work out collection.. I listen to it has some good stuff.

    When I was looking for good workout music, I went to amazon.com, typed it in and browsed from there. You can actually preview the songs to see what you like or don't. Also...look for sparkpeople workout music. They have remakes of some semi oldies (for me anyway..I'm 43) with a great beat!! Good Luck!!

    Great timing! I was just going to post this and then saw yours... I just downloaded Shakira's Loca... I'm not sure on the language part because I haven't listened to the lyrics yet... The beat is great though. Hopefully this will get a lot of responses so I can make a new playlist too :)
