Logging Exercise Question....

So I'm on my second week of P90X and I have a HRM which tells me how many calories I burn each day. Instead of recording every single thing I do under Exercise I just log it as running or doing the elliptical for as many calories as I burned during P90X. Does it matter how I log the calories burned? Whether it be weight lifting or Plyometrics or Yoga? Does it affect anything like my daily caloric goal? Thank you!

    It won't affect anything. I usually specify workouts for myself to keep track of, but you can log however you want.

    You can also create a new exercise and specify what you did (i.e. "P90X Yoga X") and assign the specific # of minutes and cals burned. That way if you want to go back through your diary to see what you did it's all right in front of you. But no, the name of the exercise won't effect anything.
