    I had a spicy turkey breast wrap with cheddar cheese, light mayonnaise, shredded lettuce on a whole wheat tortilla.
    Kicking myself now because I absent-mindedly grabbed it at the deli without thinking about the horrendous amount of sodium in it :(

    Are you able to prepare your own food?

    Good thread. I would love some ideas myself. My lunch has been made up of an Arnold Sandwich Round, some low sodium 97% fat free deli ham - a yogurt and an apple...but, I am looking for some ideas too.

    I would love some suggestions for some "better" microwave lunch options too. I tried a Healthy Choice Steamer over the weekend and the sodium wasn't too bad - which is what you have to watch for in those pre packaged meals.

    Suggestions welcome! BUMP

    spanish rice-1.5 cups white rice, 1/4 cup salsa, a little bit of corn and meat (like a tbsp each, I did not even log it).

    1/2 can tuna, mixed with 1 Tbsp light mayo, chopped celery and pickle relish.

    Side of baby carrots. One of my fave lunches.

    chicken ceasar salad, no croutons or cheese, just chicken and iceberg lettuce and dressing.

    i made egg salad with light mayo and put it on light whole wheat bread and then cut up some strawberries.. it was so good

    I'm thinking I'm going to end up grabbing a low calorie (under 500 calories!) sandwich from Quizno's for lunch. I forgot to make my lunch last night before I went to bed and didn't have time this morning. BAH! At least the sandwich will keep me full and I won't snack until eat dinner tonight though.

    leftovers from taco night! black beans, refried beans, seasoned lean hamburger, onions, and a little cheese all in a bowl. so yummy!

    had a smoked chicken pita with a little chipotle sauce on it with tomatoes and romaine lettuce, very good.

    Homemade veggie soup with some crackers. CRAZY good and only 98 calories per 1/2 cup.
