So my polar FT4 is sitting on my doorstep waiting for me when I get home, just wanted some quick advice from others that have this model. How long will it take me to set up? Do I need to do any calculations prior to setting it up? I have a core conditioning class about an hour after I get home so Im hoping to get it up and going in about 30 minutes- realistic? Thanks

You'll have no problem at all - just a few quick inputs (sex, age, weight, etc.), set the time, and you're done. I think I had mine up and running within 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!0

Sure you can do the settings in less than 10 minutes, it asks questions and you answer. Time, age, weight, gender....easy.0
